Personal data processing policy
This policy describes how the personal data you provide through this website is processed, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
Data controller
Pending legal validationThe full identification of the data controller — registered name, tax identification number, address and channel for data subject requests — is pending legal validation and is not published until the clinic confirms it.
What data we collect
Through the forms on this site we collect only the data needed to respond to your request:
- Full name.
- WhatsApp or telephone number.
- Email address, if you choose to provide it.
- City or country, if you choose to provide it.
- Treatment of interest, preferred time and preferred contact channel.
- Any free-text message you write.
- Visit origin data: campaign, referral source, landing page, language and device type.
Data we do NOT collect
This website does not collect or store health data. Diagnoses, clinical history, medical background, allergies and medication are not requested.
For that reason, the form expressly asks you not to include medical information in the free-text message field.
Clinical information is handled exclusively during the in-person appointment, under the regime applicable to sensitive data.
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes, and only these:
- Responding to your request for information or a consultation.
- Arranging and confirming appointments.
- Following up on your request.
- Sending you commercial communications, ONLY if you have ticked that separate, voluntary checkbox.
Basis for processing
Processing is based on your prior, express and informed authorisation, given by ticking the corresponding checkbox before submitting the form.
The checkbox is not pre-ticked: pre-selected consent is not consent.
Authorisation for commercial communications is separate and optional. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting how your request is handled.
Data subject rights
As the data subject you have the right to:
- Access, update and rectify your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorisation you gave.
- Be informed about how your data has been used.
- File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
- Withdraw your authorisation and request deletion of your data, where no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
- Access your personal data free of charge.
Channel to exercise your rights
Pending legal validationThe email address and formal procedure for handling queries and complaints are pending legal validation.
In the meantime, you may send any request to the clinic’s general contact email, which will be handled within the statutory time limits.
Data retention
Contact data from requests that do not proceed is kept for 24 months from the last contact. After that period it is deleted.
When you request deletion, the data is marked as deleted immediately and permanently purged within 90 days.
Processors and transfers
Pending legal validationTechnology providers may act as data processors in order to deliver the service, by category: site hosting, database, transactional email, messaging and analytics.
The specific identification of each provider, its location and the safeguards applicable to any international transfer are pending legal validation. They are not declared until they are contracted and confirmed.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not install advertising tracking cookies without your prior consent.
First-party analytics records navigation events in pseudonymised form: it does not store your IP address and does not allow you to be personally identified. It is based on a rotating session identifier.
Third-party tools — analytics and advertising pixels — are loaded only if you have accepted that purpose in the cookie notice. None is currently configured.
Changes to this policy
Any substantial change will be published on this same page. The date of the last update appears at the end of the document.
