How it works
Five steps
- 01Remote
Initial remote consultation
Before you book flights we review your case remotely. This is the step that avoids the most common mistake: reserving dates before knowing what the treatment involves.
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form and we will arrange a video call.
Indicative time: 30–45 minutes
- 02Remote
Sending information in advance
To be able to advise you we need photographs of your smile, recent radiographs if you have them, and a description of what you want to change.
The more complete the information, the more accurate the preliminary estimate. If you do not have radiographs, they are taken at the first in-person appointment.
- 03Remote
Treatment planning
With the information received, a preliminary plan is defined: what alternatives exist, how it is organised into phases and roughly how many in-person appointments it requires.
The preliminary plan may change after the in-person assessment. It is guidance to help you plan, not a fixed commitment.
- 04In Bogotá
Visit to Bogotá
In-person appointments are grouped to reduce the number of trips.
How many days you need depends on the treatment and on whether it requires phases separated in time: some procedures involve a waiting period between phases that cannot be shortened.
The first in-person appointment always includes a full assessment that confirms or adjusts the preliminary plan.
Indicative time: depends on the treatment; estimated after the initial consultation
- 05Remote
Remote follow-up
Before you travel back, we agree how follow-up will work and what to do if something comes up once you are home.
It is the part most often forgotten when planning, and the one that provides most reassurance afterwards.
All timings are indicative. We do not commit to a fixed duration before assessing your case, because the diagnosis may change it.
Before the video call
What to have ready
With this we can guide you more precisely. You share it on WhatsApp or in the form; nothing replaces the in-person assessment.
- 01
Photographs of your smile
Front and profile, in good light. They help give guidance on shape, colour and proportion.
- 02
Recent radiographs
If you have them. If not, they are taken at the first in-person appointment in Bogotá.
- 03
What you want to change
A short description of your goal. The clearer it is, the more accurate the preliminary guidance.
